Customer: Ticket Log

Sou Log+ Platform

Sou Log+ is the platform for managing supply expenses by the fleet manager. Through it, the registration of the vehicle fleet and drivers, operational management (distribution of balance to cards, control of policy deviations and financial consultations) and analysis of KPIs are carried out.

The objective of the project was to operationalize the technological migration of the Sou Log+ portal in the medium and long term, within the bottleneck model, which allows the gradual replacement of the legacy system. We also needed to revitalize the platform, seeking to update it with new technological platforms, making it modern, light, scalable and with an intuitive interface, segmented by customer profile.

Challenges

• Migration Strategy: Construction of the home in the new architecture (Azure) covering both the migrated features and the features not yet migrated. An intermediate layer was created to understand the legacy, informing the origin (SouLog+ or Legacy);
• Changes in the legacy system;
• Sou Log+ fully accessible for the visually impaired;
• Adaptation of the client in relation to the methodology;
• Multilingual and Multicurrency;
• Single Legacy homologation environment, shared with other projects;
• Sharing of services with the APP;
• E2E tests depending on the limits assigned to DB.

Benefits and Improvements

• Design Thinking as the basis of the new visual identity and user experience, with several validation steps with customers;
• Effective communication between all areas;
• Transparency and trust between DB and Ticket Log;
• Time Material Contract;
• Risk management;
• Accessibility QA performed by the visually impaired;
• Azure DevOps;
• Bidirectional traceability;
• Continuous integration;
• Release notes;
• Peer Review;
• Project Management: monitoring: Epicos, features, USs, Tasks, Bugs and Backlog.
