Mapping the digital products of the Renner and Realize Business Units and the proposal of additions and amendments to ensure that they were in compliance with the LGPD.
Redesign of the processes to include Opt-in routes for customers at any point of contact and opt-out routes, only at the beginning of the process/ the business unit they have contact with, as well as the department responsible for managing the user.
Main Technology / Methods used
DB’s Agile Design framework was used to create digital products for fixed terms and costs by using Design Thinking and Lean Startup techniques, as well as Agile Methods.
Benefits and Improvements
As a result of the consultancy activity, it was possible to go through the entire process – understanding, ideation, defining guidelines and prototyping the client’s product, and ensure that the work was robust and met the business objectives.
