Software development and Quality services in conjunction with Sicredi’s own teams, in the areas of: Credit, financial products, risk, cards and channels, insurance and syndicates, administrative systems and architecture etc.
The workers are monitored by DB managers, in order to provide continuous training, career development, ensure progress in their duties, and improve staff retention in the company.
The DB manager also monitored staff at a more functional level. They assessed the worker’s performance in relation to technical and behavioral factors gathered during monitoring meetings with the team where they work and in individual meetings with DB staff.
