Innovation Day
We created virtual teams with our partner in Australia, Pragmateam, involving our specialist team in Brazil. We used this format for our customer, Tabcorp, the largest betting and gaming company in Australia.
DB and Pragma, representing Tabcorp, held an Innovation Day to identify new ideas for the most important annual event in Tabcorp’s calendar.
Main Technology / Methods used
The team in Brazil was divided into three, coming up with ideas, prototyping, and designing a final pitch to present to Tabcorp’s senior management.
Benefits and Improvements
The winning idea was aimed at gambling, looking at innovation in this industry. The winning idea was planned out, developed and rolled out a few weeks later with the customer, Tabcorp. The event allowed us to get to know the customer and demonstrated how virtual teams could work together.
