01. Problem
Digital identity management was fragmented, with limited user control over sensitive personal data. Build Circle’s challenge was to design a product that could store and manage diverse credentials without relying on centralized, vulnerable databases.
The critical barrier was usability: enabling selective disclosure—sharing only the necessary parts of a document—in a simple, intuitive way. Complex cryptographic protocols made it difficult to deliver a secure yet accessible interface for non-technical users, requiring a balance between strong security and seamless user experience.

02. Assessment
DB identified that the success of ID CRYPT GLOBAL depended on a product design that minimized user cognitive load. Rapid validation cycles were required to ensure alignment with real market needs in digital security.
The technical assessment showed the need to abstract cryptographic key complexity behind a user-centric information architecture focused on autonomy and simplicity.
The delivery framework had to combine agility and predictability to ship a robust, scalable MVP (Minimum Viable Product) ready for production-grade expansion.

03. Solution
DB applied its specialized digital product framework with fixed timelines and costs to ensure maximum delivery efficiency. Through Design Thinking cycles, the team designed an interface that allows users to centralize and manage credentials within a single application.
The solution focused on UX flows that simplify selective information sharing with pre-validated contacts. Using agile methods, the product was rapidly prototyped and validated, resulting in a high-performance solution centered on user experience quality, data security, and user data sovereignty.
