We invest continuously in technical upskilling and capability building. Our learning model combines partnerships with leading institutions such as Hub NAVI and PUCRS, unlimited access to Alura, and structured internal knowledge-sharing rituals.

Communities of Practice (CoPs), Design Snacks, and Café com P&D drive hands-on exchange across teams and keep our engineers operating at the edge of data platforms and AI systems.

We drive equitable inclusion of people with disabilities by removing accessibility barriers across digital, physical, and organizational layers. Our approach builds autonomy, embeds accessibility into core processes, and recognizes each individual’s capacity to grow and contribute.

DB Alumni keeps former employees connected through an active professional network, ongoing technical engagement, and shared access to company environments. Members receive invitations to technical events and can use DB’s physical infrastructure at Tecnopuc or virtual spaces such as DB-VRoom.

The program sustains long-term collaboration through benefits on courses and access to new venture opportunities within the EmpreenDB Startup Studio.
