DB is a people-centered company and tries to provide a safe psychological environment. Therefore, we have a system to monitor mental health. In other words, whenever necessary, we try to have friendly conversations are always available to support staff who have a work-related mental health situation. If necessary, we will also provide support by referring people to healthcare specialists.
