Transparency and Equal Pay Report - 1stsem/24
DBServer Assessoria em Sistemas de Informação Ltda, in compliance with Law 14.611/2023, hereby publishes the pay transparency report issued by the Ministry of Labor and Employment, noting, however, that it does not necessarily reflect the company’s understanding of the conclusions, in view of the criteria used for its preparation, which are based on the Brazilian Register of Occupations (Cadastro Brasileiro de Ocupações – CBO) and data relating to RAIs for the year 2022.
The methodology used in the legislation consists of two fronts:
– Grouping of all existing positions in companies, comparing the difference between men and women;
– Grouping by Brazilian Classification of Occupations (CBOs);
The company’s methodology considers job groups by scope of activity, complexity, area of activity, among others.
The issue is very relevant to the organization, which is why we reaffirm that there is no practice of wage discrimination. We also support the Government’s efforts to minimize the gender wage gap and we are proud of the practices adopted, which converge towards the same goal.
