What we do

Quality

Software Quality

Software engineering can be defined as a set of principles to develop a product with a high level of quality and reliability that works efficiently. For this, quality becomes the main reference.

Through a review and diagnosis of the company’s current development and qualification process, it is possible to:

Evaluate and assist the company in the implementation of continuous improvement for the qualification of systems;

Propose specific solutions and changes for the areas considered most critical;

Mapping of Problems and deficiencies;

Define Action Scenarios;

Define indicators;

Understand and propose the processes that best adapt to the reality and particularities of each team.

With a detailed analysis and mapping of the main offenders, it is possible to define important action scenarios, placing them in a priority for implementation. Among the main scenarios are:

Decrease in production performance problems;

Automated regression tests;

Delivery of sprints on time and with quality;

Decrease in the accumulation of defects;

Reduction of production defects;

Adequate test coverage;

Adoption of SLA’s to correct defects.

Quality Indicators X Process Indicators

The quality indicators show the levels of demand coverage considering the number of open defects in the approval stage, while the process indicators show the evolution of the qualification process.

With the definition and standardization of indicators, the teams ensure the necessary monitoring and visibility throughout the project.

Below are some of the indicators that can be used to measure and evaluate the quality of the system and processes.

Regardless of the methodology used for software development, the teams must work towards Product Quality, promoting Testing and Automation practices, creating a collaborative environment that encourages the dissemination of information, the transfer of knowledge and the reuse of knowledge to obtain competitive advantage through business and process mastery.

Everyone involved in the project must have access to the information base. Thus, the use of the equipment will be maximized and the benefits will be visible:
